Red River Métis Sixties Scoop, Residential, and Day School Survivors are encouraged to utilize the Manitoba Métis Federation's Mental Health Support Line. The Mental Health Support Line is a telephone line that provides citizens access to Métis counsellors and resources. It is open from 7 am to 11 pm daily. Dial 1-833-390-1041 Ext. 1

For Additional 24/7 Support, we encourage you to visit www.hopeforwellness.ca. The Hope for Wellness Helpline is available to all Indigenous people across Canada. Experienced and culturally competent counsellors are reachable by telephone and online 'chat' 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Dial 1-855-242-3310
